Our premium organic 100% extra virgin olive oil captures the scent of freshly hand-picked olives. This oil is extracted from organic Chemlali olives, the variety of olives most present in Tunisian soil, mainly in the city of Sfax. Cold pressed, this olive oil has an acidity level of less than 0.8%.
Use
This 100% extra virgin organic olive oil can be used very well in cooking, in order to preserve maximum taste in food. Whether for making vinaigrettes, meat marinades or cooking fish, this oil will go wonderfully with all your dishes. It is also delicious when used to make a homemade Greek vinaigrette.
